With more than 15 years of experience in business management and organizational management, Charlène-Rokhaya Jaye believes that being productive is to be able to adapt our behaviors to face the globalization. That why she’s offering her knowledge in organization leadership with codevelopment training in Africa and Canada.
In recent years, Charlène-Rokhaya has fulfilled mandates of social network manager. She’s offering its sense of organization, creativity and versatility to public figures and companies who want to have visibility on the web.
Charlène-Rokhaya is a consultant specializing in organization and information systems. She is currently working on the training of the workforce according to international standards, especially for those in America and West Africa.
Graduate in Administration and Management Strategy from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in Canada. Charlène-Rokhaya has also worked for several years as a compliance technician for Canadian financial institutions.
In social life, she advocates for the adoption of citizenship and the protection of the environment by citizens. She is also a Parent-Volunteer who offering her time to help in organization of sports competitions and shows for young people in her region.
Charlène-Rokhaya has contributed to the Africa region’s involvement in the World Social Forum (WSF) in Porto Allegre in 2003 in Brazil and that of Mumbai in India in 2004. During the same period, she also participated in several community projects and trained young people in the Junior Chamber International (JCI).
It’s why her cooperation spirit that she’s today able to create synergies for forging partnerships to help persons and organizations from here and elsewhere to undertake opportunities in international markets.
